Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Finance, Operations Management, and related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Lead curriculum design and academic quality assurance for relevant programmes.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and postgraduate theses.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure external research funding and lead collaborative research initiatives.
- Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic staff development.
- Contribute to strategic planning, programme development, and accreditation processes (e.g., MQA, AACSB).
- Foster academic-industry linkages to support student employability and curriculum relevance.
Job Requirement
- PhD in Finance, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferable.
- Proven academic record with substantial publications in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision.
- Prior experience at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with strong academic leadership.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary research and engage with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business school accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB) is an added advantage.
