- Assist supervisor on Accounting Activities including Full Set of Accounts, Monthly Management Reporting and any Other Ad-Hoc Reporting.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the processing of invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Assist in Preparing Company Budget, Cashflow Forecast and Variance Analysis Report.
- Make Recommendations to Improve And/or Enhance existing procedures and practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Executive or supervisor.
