*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage office operations including phone calls, correspondence, meeting arrangements, and personal expense claims.
• Act as personal assistant to the Company Director.
• Handle HR tasks: recruitment, interviews, appointments, terminations & internship applications.
• Monitor staff attendance, calculate salaries, and manage EPF & SOCSO matters.
• Process staff leave applications, medical panels, travel claims & other reimbursements.
• Maintain inventory, office equipment, and company vehicles (road tax, insurance, service schedule).
• Assist in preparing and updating company SOPs according to regulations.
• Organize and maintain proper company documentation.
• Support management with other assigned tasks.
• Handle payments and receipts, record transactions, and manage company cash flow.
• Perform accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial calculations.
