Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator:
- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring they are compliant with accounting principles and regulations.
- Transaction Processing: Handle various financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, and payments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Budgeting: Assist with budgeting processes and monitoring financial performance.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain financial data in systems.
- Inquiries and Support: Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to other departments.
- Tax Reporting: Prepare and file tax forms and reports as required.
- Collaboration: Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
