Job Summary – Finance Assistant
- Assist with daily finance operations within the resort
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and filing
- Handle petty cash disbursements and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in preparing daily revenue reports and month-end closing
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Support inventory and cost control reporting
- Coordinate with various resort departments for billing and expenses
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold finance procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
