Founded on a love for quality ingredients and creative recipes, we specialize in a wide range of products including artisanal breads, decadent cakes, delicate pastries, and signature cookies. Now, we are seeking a Finance Asisstant/Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing and analyzing monthly sales reports to track performance and trends.
- Monitoring and recording daily expenses, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Managing cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operations, including forecasting and daily cash monitoring.
- Handling financial transactions such as payments, receipts, invoicing, and etc.
- Assisting with month-end closing, budgeting, and maintaining organized financial records.
- Liaising with internal teams and external parties like auditors or banks when necessary.
- Assisting with tax-related matters, such as preparing documentation for SST, income tax, and liaising with tax agents or auditors.
