Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance team in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will handle reconciliations, invoice verification, data entry, and assist in preparing financial reports, while also contributing to ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing financial reporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Input and maintain financial data and key entries in the accounting system (Microsoft Navision Dynamics).
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Key Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
