Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – frequent interaction with multiple FP&A teams is expected.
- Proficiency in Power BI (non-negotiable requirement).
- Strong knowledge of:
- MS Excel
- Power Query
- Microsoft Office Tools
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Good presentation and storytelling abilities using PowerPoint.
Educational & Professional Background
- Education:
- University graduate in Accounting and Finance
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or
- MBA in Finance
- Experience:
- 4–6 years in Financial Analysis / FP&A / COE roles in a multinational (MNC) environment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, SAP.
- Other:
- Strong command of English
- Detail-oriented and hardworking
Key Responsibilities
1. Powering Care Transformation
- Partner with various FP&A teams in the new segments to create standardized reporting packages for:
- Product Masters
- Customer Masters
- Understand the required attributes and governance mechanisms at the regional and country level for reporting.
- Develop ongoing reports based on evolving segment needs.
- Lead Power BI self-service trainings.
- Act as a finance representative and collaborate with Global MID teams for building reports using tools such as:
- SAP
- GMR
- Anaplan
- Datalake
- Coordinate with COE (APAC and Global) and Regional FP&A teams to ensure sustainability and automation of reports.
- Operate under the Build-Operate-Transfer model.
2. Simplification, Standardization, and Automation (SSA) Projects
- Contribute to SSA projects, a key priority for regional finance.
- Work closely with:
- New Segment FP&A Teams (IPC, EM, IFP)
- Workstream Leads
- Center of Excellence Teams
