Finance & Account Officer

Common duties

1. To execute the decision which was discussed and drafted by the persons in positions in regards with policies and mid-term plan etc. by AEON Global SCM Sdn. Bhd.

2. To construct the most effective supply-chain system with group companies, outsourcing contractors, customers and vendors based on the approved policy and plan.

3. To draft yearly operational budget, to perform budgetary variance analysis and balance management.

4. To support the development of supply-chain system and the logistic network system of Aeon Group in ASEAN.

5. To draft the policy, measures and plan for reducing environmental impact and to execute them based on the decision.

6. To gather information risks such as crime, disaster prevention, risk management, business continuity plan (BCP), compliance risk process to review rules and regulations and to simultaneously draft and execute the action plan.

7. To manage and execute the internal control system.

8. To guide and manage service provider according to Aeon Supplier CoC (Code of Conduct)’s policy.

9. To propose to superiors and top management to establish or revise rules and regulations, as well as standard of procedures if necessary, according to change of legislation, company policy and social conditions.

Job Description

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report

3. Handle account payable and receivable, including invoice and payment processing

4. Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities

5. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

6. Support external audits and liaise with auditors

Job Qualification / Requirement

Fresh graduate highly encouraged to apply

1. Candidates should possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel and accounting system (experienced in using Autocount is an added advantage)

3. Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards

4. Attention to details and high level of accuracy

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently to organize and priorities work with minimum supervision.

7. Meticulous with strong analytical skill and able to multi-task

8. Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
