We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Logistics Coordinator with a valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence) to manage field delivery operations and support warehouse logistics. This role combines driving responsibilities with on-site coordination, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to customer locations, job sites, or partner facilities.
· Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes in collaboration with the logistics or dispatch team.
· Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and handling of materials according to safety protocols.
· Verify and maintain all delivery documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and customer acknowledgements.
· Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly.
· Serve as a key point of contact at the delivery location, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Support warehouse operations during non-driving hours, including stock handling, organizing inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments.
· Maintain records for vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
· Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
· Valid Goods Driving Licence (GDL) or equivalent commercial vehicle driving license.
· Proven experience in delivery driving and/or field logistics coordination.
· Strong understanding of delivery routes, transportation regulations, and safety practices.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse operations is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
· Field-based work with regular driving and physical activity.
· Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
· Exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor deliveries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
