Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Resident Doctor at Klinik IR, Senai, Johor to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing a wide range of general practice cases in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Manage acute and chronic medical cases.
- Perform minor clinical procedures (e.g., wound dressing, I&D, nebulization, injections, etc.).
- Attend to walk-in patients, medical check-ups, and follow-up cases.
- Handle non-critical emergencies and refer to hospitals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our clinical system.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with clinic staff, including nurses and administrative team.
- Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Work together with marketing team to enhance clinic branding
- Upselling to patients to increase clinic revenue
Requirements
- Female only
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.
- Candidates with at least 5 years experience as Medical Officer are preferred.
- Candidate with knowledge and experience conducting female ultrasound scan will be highly considered
- Proficiency in Basic Antenatal scan/ Basic Surgical skills will be highly considered; training will be provided if required
- Willing to work for min 45 hours / week
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Holds a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Good clinical knowledge and confident in general practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Preferably with prior experience in general practice or private clinic setting.
