We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash transactions
- Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and local trends
- Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all bar products and services
- Assist in developing and executing promotional events and specials
- Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in bar supervision or management
- Proven track record in high-volume bar operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Current Food Handler's certification
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current industry trends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Solid understanding of local liquor laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
