To provide exceptional customer service and support the efficient operation of the F&B service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining.
- Restock clean cutlery, napkins, and other essentials.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized at all times.
- Be attentive to guest requests and needs.
- Handle food and beverages hygienically and safely.
- Willing to learn and able to work at all stations assigned
- Able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with adequate time-off arrangements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive and friendly demeanour
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
