- To ensure that SOP is understood, followed and carried out diligently.
- To maintain highest level of grooming by the hotel management.
- To attend daily meeting briefing ensuring that communications is well received and adhere to.
- To receive guest feedback and maintain good rapport with guest.
- To maintain all mis-en-plus are prepared in order, to ensure smooth service during operation hours.
- To check and ensure all equipment / linens places are in working order, presentable and clean.
- To maintain and ensure buffet line is clean at all times.
