Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Assistant Factory Manager / Factory Supervisor to be a part of our team. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the factory and truck production process runs smoothly. Besides, you should be able to prepare and implement production timelines and goals. Moreover, you will be coordinating your daily activities with the Factory Manager.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Factory Manager
- Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
- Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
- Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met
- Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time
- Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials and spare parts
- Handling any customer queries
- Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Factory Manager
- Creating and maintaining a report of the production status
- Assisting in hiring and training new team members
- Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
- Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Technology Engineering or an equivalent qualification related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in the Production industry as an Assistant Production Manager, Production Associate, or a similar position
- Complete knowledge of the production process, safety, and health protocols
- Familiarity with the production metrics
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Applicants must be between the ages of 30 and 45.
- Fluency in Malay, English, or Chinese (Advantages).
- Have experience of trucks and spare parts (Preferred)
WORKING LOCATION: FIRST PLAN SDN BHD
LOT 1, INDUSTRIAL ZONE 8A, JALAN 2A, KKIP TIMUR, KOTA KINABALU SABAH
WORKING HOUR: MON - SAT 8AM - 5PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,998.00 per month
