To lead and manage the overall operations for the factory: production (processing & packaging), QA/QC, maintenance, SHE, warehousing and planning.
To drive continuous improvement on factory productivity using OEE and other best practice measurements.
To ensure consistently high-quality final products to meet local and overseas customers’ requirements.
Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales, marketing and distribution as well as others.
Forecast operating costs of the department and direct preparation of budget request.
Manage approved budgets with an eye to spend below by controlling cost, wastages and other inefficiencies.
To assure compliance on regulatory, licensing, permit, Food Safety Certification and Quality Management System.
To develop the annual budget with manpower plan and continuously review the budget/headcount compliance with respect to daily operations.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering.
Must have 8 years and above of working experience in production in a leadership position.
Preferably Managers specialising in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
This position is based in Melaka with some travelling to Subang plant whenever needed.
Strong analytical skill in Power BI, Microsoft excel, power point and SAP tool.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment.
Independent, self-starter and results-oriented.
