Job Description:
- Understand a wide variety of technical issues of M&E, hardware, and facilities.
- Support diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions under supervision.
- Deliver the best customer experience by adhering to the company policies and procedures.
- Provide hands-on technical services.
- Assisting in planning and scheduling repairs after inspections of buildings and equipment.
- Provide first-tier support to clients and escalate issues to the relevant vendor.
- Learn to respond to emergency situations and support the implementation of solutions.
