1.0 Work Planning Housekeeping
i. Monitor outsource housekeeping duty rostering & attendance.
ii. Daily briefing with housekeeping to arrange work of daily routine.
iii. Ensure the entire mall inside (in the mall) & outside (car park) are always clean at manageable condition.
iv. Ensure all the Housekeeping are neat, fit and ready to work and equipped with proper equipment.
v. Ensure the bin collection centre in a clean and good condition every day.
vi. Ensure trolley in good condition & control the quantity of trolley. Check and send for repair. Record quantity of trolley in trolley check list.
vii. Monitor & maintenance of landscape
viii. Ensure fogging / misting / pest control are proper carry out according schedule.
ix. Make claim for the outsource company, misting company and waste disposal company.
2.0 work planning security
i. Monitor & manage outsource security duty rostering & attendance.
ii. LMonitoring outsource security by patrolling property and monitoring equipment - Digital clocking system.
iii. Provide information & instruction to outsource security and record on log book.
iv. Ensure all the Security & Housekeeping are neat, fit and ready to work and equipped with proper equipment.
v. Monitor and ensure traffic flow in smooth condition with special instruction given for events & activities.
vi. Ensure safeguard of company moveable asset or property at all times. (Fire, Theft, Accident).
3.0 Others
i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/CM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Must possess a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Chargeman A0 Certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
