-Repair PC, laptop, printer and other equipment as assigned by management
-On-site support where necessary
-Inventory management of spare parts
-Liase with customer on all technical matters including waranty and claims
-Ensure all the received equipments well recorded, monitored and delivered on time
-Ensure zero complaints from customer
-Ensure overall department SOP, 5S and housekeeping maintained and followed
-Any other related tasks as instructed by management
-Must be willing to relocate to Banting, Selangor or able to travel to Banting every day for work
-Those who do not possess sufficient knowledge/experience in laptop/PC repair & maintenance need not apply
-Live trial/test on laptop/PC repair would be conducted during interview for selection process
