Responsibilities:
- To handle administrative tasks related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment leasing, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- To manage entire leasing lifecycle including new lease documentation, disposal, renewals and termination.
- To ensure accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, renewals and related documents.
- To serve as a point of contact for communication between lessees and other stakeholders (e.g., vendors, finance/ collection team). To ensure customer's request/issue (internal/external) is attended and resolved effectively.
- To prepare assets and incident report timely and other relevant reports.
- To assist in procurement of ICT equipment for leasing purposes.
- To coordinate with various departments such as finance, collection & IT to address lessee/ tenant-related matters.
- To address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the leasing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, Banking & Finance, Commerce or any discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in marketing of ICT equipment.
- Knowledge of ICT equipment market trend will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to converse well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
