Be part of the team of Quality and Program at NALURI Kreatif ! The Executive for Quality and Program in CLI Education Sdn Bhd. will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across the organization's educational programs in NALURI Kreatif Pre Schools and Play Schools. This role involves designing, monitoring, and evaluating curriculum implementation, driving program excellence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The individual will also support the professional development of educators to create innovative and impactful learning experiences for children.
Responsible :
- Build and maintain good relationships with Centre Leaders and Teachers at all levels.
- Ensure teaching modules are used correctly at centres, with proper briefing, observation, documentation, and review.
- Guide the teacher to handle learning session based on themes, projects, and hands-on learning. Visit centres to monitor teaching and centre operations.
- Updates any issues encounter between teachers at the centres, liase program execution plan with headquarters, and coordinate with other departments.
- Make sure lesson plans are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time. Support teachers through coaching, micro-teaching, and regular feedback.
- Help organize children’s events and teacher training programs.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree, or Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or any related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education or program management.
3. Enthusiastic with the early childhood world and engaging with teachers and the children .
