How you will create an impact :
Management and monitoring of consumables inventory
Creation and management of orders and tracking of deliveries
Establishment and maintenance of a central directory for machine maintenance and repair
Ensuring complete and proper documentation in accordance with applicable SOP requirements
Support with indirect procurement for maintenance and technology
Researching and selecting suitable suppliers, including price and contract negotiations
Working closely with the maintenance and engineering departments to ensure efficient processes
What are we looking for :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or maintenance coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Solid understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchase order handling
Familiarity with maintenance and upkeep of industrial machinery and related documentation requirements
Good organizational and documentation skills, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams
Good command of English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
