Responsibilities
- Executive 1:
- To strategically plan, schedule, and oversee daily CBU deliveries via land transportation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- To conduct in-depth analysis of delivery KPI, to formulate and implement impactful performance enhancement strategies.
- To continuously maintain, refine and elevate procedural documentation to ensure full alignment with internal standards and ISO audit requirements.
- To drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating and engaging effectively with internal stakeholders and other key operational teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.
- Executive 2:
- To plan, schedule and oversee depot operations to ensure seamless execution and operational effectiveness.
- To verify fleet maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- To analyze maintenance cost trends and prepare comprehensive report, providing actionable insights and recommending efficiency improvements.
- To collaborate closely with internal teams and other related departments to drive coordination and operational excellence.
- To ensure deport layout aligns with safety regulations, while maximizing space utilization and overall operational efficiency.
- Executive 3:
- To strategically analyze and optimize departmental expenditures to ensure maximum operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
- To formulate comprehensive budget plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- To be the champion to execute effective cost saving strategies through careful planning and proactive monitoring.

To undertake other assignments with precision and urgency to consistently meet submission deadlines.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for reports and tracking).
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and depot/warehouse operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
