- Responsible to conduct user acceptance test (UAT) for Cash Management products
- Preparing or reviewing UAT test script, test data & test cases
- Prepare, support & execution of test plans on system/application
- Performing UAT execution, log defects in HPALM if have any
- Preforming retest on the fixed defect, follow up closely until the defect closured
- Records and document test cases, scripts and prepare support team for system go live
- Preparing User guide / training material
- Ensure software quality control
- Conducting BAU production issue UAT on periodical basis
- Work closely with internal product manager, IT, IT vendors closely to understand the business
requirements in order to complete the system testing
