Summary of Position
Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems (cloud and on-premise), and security, ensuring high availability, compliance, and support across all platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage and monitor all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure on cloud and on-premise(s) at all times.
- To ensure the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability.
- To provide expertise for the overall infrastructure, systems and its support.
- To troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- To preserve assets, information security and control structures, at all times.
- To identify IT security vulnerabilities in the organization’s network.
- To install, configure, test, and maintain network-related operating systems, applications / software / management tools, as and when as per requirement.
- To perform preventive maintenance, as per schedule.
- To create system, hardware and software guidelines and manuals for the organization.
- To be responsible for local organization data security and personnel security internal control to drive employee awareness training and compliance standards for the company.
- To keep up-to-date with IT security standards and threats development.
- To participate in other projects / tasks as assigned or instructed.
- To act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to overall organizational policy and efficiency.
Requirements :
Education : At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology.
Experience : At least 2 years relevant experience.
