What you'll be doing?
Create visual content
- Design graphics for social media, websites, print materials, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms that align with brand guidelines.
Support marketing needs
- Produce marketing materials that clearly communicate messages for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Use design tools
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and AI-assisted tools to create high-quality visuals.
Contribute ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to support marketing and branding strategies.
Follow brand standards
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Revise based on feedback
- Make improvements to designs based on stakeholder feedback while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Stay updated
- Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver modern and engaging visuals.
Organize your portfolio
- Maintain a digital archive of your design work to showcase creativity and skill development.

Who are they looking for?
Proficient in design software
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Familiarity with AI-powered design platforms (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and create designs suitable for multilingual audiences.
Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of design, layout, and attention to visual details.
Self-motivated and responsible
- Takes initiative, meets deadlines, and maintains a positive working attitude — no emotional drama or isolation.
