To provide reliable, safe, and professional driving services to our Company Senior Management, ensuring punctual and efficient transportation while maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and high standards of personal conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Senior Management to and from appointments, meetings, and other business or personal engagements in a timely and safe manner.
- Ensure vehicle is maintained in excellent working condition at all times, including regular servicing, cleanliness (interior and exterior), and fuel levels.
- Plan routes effectively based on traffic, weather conditions, and time constraints.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items as required.
- Remain on standby during the Senior Management’s meetings or events and perform occasional errands or special assignments as required.
- Follow company policies and adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with [City/Region] roads and traffic patterns.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Previous experience in a multinational or corporate setting.
