Job Summary

To perform the issuance of policy and endorsement within the required TAT with quality input.
Ensure high quality output in compliance with the regulatory/PIAM/internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure prompt issuance of policies and endorsements for All Classes of Insurance within the required TAT with quality output.
To ensure the issuance of policies and endorsements are in compliance with the regulatory/PIAM/internal guidelines.
To support branch by attending to branch enquiries and feedbacks from branches.
Provide support for other ad-hoc request on operations matters, especially for hubs.

Key Requirements

Holding minimum SPM/Diploma holder in any fields or equivalent.
Data entry experience or related office experience
Good in computer skills (MS Words/Excel)
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good written and communication skills
