Job Purpose:
This position is responsible to build business partnerships by acquiring merchants to participate in Sunway Loyalty program and related products. Also in charge of proposing and implementing strategic marketing collaboration to add value for merchants and the program.
Duties:
- Responsible to acquire merchants to participate in Sunway Loyalty program, Sunway payment solution and related products
- Will be assigned as account manager for existing and new merchants for Sunway loyalty program, Sunway payment solution and related products
- Establish excellent and collaborative relationship with assigned business partners.
- Responsible for creating new partner/merchant profiles in system and documents submission.
- Responsible for new terminal installation on ground, and provide training to merchant front-liners/cashier on how to use the terminal.
- Manage and resolve merchants’ issues in a timely and professional manner by investigating the issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and putting forward recommendations to management.
- Develop, plan and implement strategic marketing collaboration with merchants to add business value to merchants and Sunway Super App’ members.
- Conduct market research, analysis and interpretation of market data to have merchant insight and trends as well as identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with HQ internal departments or business units to ensure all loyalty campaign, payment campaign and features are executed in all sales channels.
- Follow up on billings and overdue invoices for assigned clients/ merchants
- Work closely with manager and the team for other ad-hoc projects.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of related working experience
Functional Competency and Skills:
- Preferably experience and expose in loyalty program and Fintech products
- Must be familiar with presentation to a broad type of audience.
- Able to speak/write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive.
