About the client:
Our client is a company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality sealing products, including rubber seals, gaskets, and o-rings, for industries such as automotive, oil and gas, and manufacturing, providing customized solutions to ensure durability and prevent leaks in machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Director’s schedules and organizing meetings, appointments, travelling
- schedule are carried out effectively
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Director’s office, internal departments and external stakeholders
- Reporting and performing secretarial as well as administrative duties such as meeting minutes preparing communications and summarize the key points and with schedule for action
- Ensure reports submitted by various departments/ Group Companies are in order, time
- Assist in Managing various project assignments, closely follow up and met deadlines
- To perform Director’s personal task as per assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma,
- Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
- Good at communicating and speaking clearly
- Able to work independently
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is preferred.
- Candidate with experienced in legal firm or company secretary environment will be an
- added advantage
