- Lead pitches and present proposals to client.
- Independently lead a portfolio.
- Nurture and convert new business lead.
- Prepare documents for event preparation.
- Prepare event budget for clients.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline / business funnels through referrals, networking, marketing events.
- Initiate, maintain and improve relationship with the existing and potential clients, corporate partners, government authorities.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in the event client services field is added advantages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Able to work in tight deadlines.
- Able to handle more than one client’s projects.
- Willing to travel to sites when required.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Education:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
- call center: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
