Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events at our space. This internship offers hands-on experience in event management, client relations, and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support event setup and teardown processes.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Contribute ideas for content creation and edits video
- Ensure smooth operations during events, including guest management.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Passion for events and a creative mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
