The Event Assistant is responsible for handling campaign POSM logistics and assisting in on-ground event execution. This includes hands-on involvement in event setup, coordination & sourcing of materials, and technical support during installations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable under pressure, and a strong team player.

- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of POSM bulletin packing and complete all required logistics documentation for each campaign.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of event preparation & setup skills such as carpet layering, basic carpentry, and wiring.
- Assist with physical event builds and provide on-site technical support throughout setup and execution.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
