ERP Analyst (Full-time)

Netherlands precision manufacturing company specializing in complex machining, high surface finishing, and product cleanliness for high-mix, low-volume production. It supplies critical components and modules to global clients in the Optical, Semiconductor, Diagnostics, Medical, and Life Sciences industries.

Job Scope

• Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP system users, including diagnosing and troubleshooting operational process issues
• Manage and resolve ERP issues raised by internal users, ensuring prompt responses
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the company-wide ERP system, including software updates, patches, and scheduled backup operations
• Coordinate with users and vendors to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Implement change requests for system improvements by applying Robotic Process Automation using Microsoft Power Automate
• Implement and enhance reporting functionalities using Microsoft Power BI
• Provide system training for users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a related role
• Able to speak Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a must
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform—specifically Power BI (Desktop), Power Automate, and Power Apps—will be advantageous
• Keen interest in new technology
• Able to function under minimal supervision

Salary/ Others

• Salary: Up to RM5,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus: 1.5 – 2.5 months (based on profitability)
• Annual Increment
• Reporting to: Team Lead, working closely with MD Technology

Working Day/ Hour / Location

• Monday to Friday, 830AM to 530PM
• Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
