- Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
- Ensure product quality and in-process compliance in-order to achieve and drive team for continuous improvements program meeting quality KPI and achieve better quality satisfaction at Plasma, Wire Bond and 3rd OPT process, coat dispense.
- Lead and manage quality excursion by executing effective containment actions, drive root cause investigation and solution while performing risk assessment on impacted products.
- Lead and manage 8D report and ensure all 8D out-standing action items for on time closure.
- Lead and take part in quality/ yield improvement projects
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly and Quarterly KPI reports
- Manage QA measurement tools/ equipment (PM, calibration and MSA)
- Monitor critical characteristic (wire pull and ball shear, contact angle tests) and analyze metrics Cpk for quarterly reporting
- Lead Half yearly Process FMEA & Control Plan
- Conduct frequent line audit
