Responsible for Test Hardware Health Sustaining, Program Troubleshooting, rebuild buyoff and release for wafer sort production on time.
- Plan, manage & work improvement projects related to test hardware
- Responsible to sustain test hardware performance deployment in production
- Implement & support project like PRVX/CRES contact resistance checking coverage to support production setup
- Monitor test equipment performance key indicators such as hardware health level, board down rate, PM completion, rebuild timeline etc
- Define & sustain spare inventory system including electronic components, tool required to maintain/repair/rebuild boards
- Able to work with cross functional team (PE, TE, ME) for NPI project completion
- Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction projects
- Schematics know-how for troubleshooting
