Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Education Counsellor (Sales) to help drive student enrolments and meet sales targets. This role involves counselling potential students, promoting programs, and attending events. If you’re passionate about education, sales, and building relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and advise potential students for new intakes.
- Encourage current students to advance to the next level.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in events (Open Days, Exhibitions).
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Report to manager and follow internal sales policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any field preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales (education, retail, banking, insurance, MLM). Fresh grads with a strong drive are welcome.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Tamil is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce ideal).
- Comfortable with numbers, targets, and reporting.
- Personality:
- Friendly, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
- Adaptable and quick to learn.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
