About This Role:
We are looking for an intern to support our team in the execution and coordination of several company projects including podcasts, book editorial, post marketing initiatives and the development of online learning platform. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in developing project plans, tracking progress and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
What You Will do:
- Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating podcast recordings, including research and content preparation.
- Provide support for book editorial tasks, such as proofreading, formatting and liaising with supplier.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the online learning platform by uploading materials, testing functionality and assisting users.
- Assist to manage deadlines and support project execution through tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation and monitoring progress against milestones.
- Assist in preparing updates and communicating project status to stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Marketing & Business
- Required language(s): English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and basic layout tools is a plus

- Have a passion for writing, storytelling or publishing
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Have a good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nusajaya (Johor Bahru): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
