Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on the showroom’s website and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
- Track and improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user experience.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
- Provide service and solve clients' problems through WhatsApp, Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, email and phone calls.
- Coordinate and liaise customer orders with outlet for packing and dispatch.
Content & Social Media:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote furniture collections, deals, and promotions on Facebook, Instagram & Rednote(XHS)
- Create visuals for posts, banners, and ads.
- Engage with customers through social media platforms to build brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Golf or Sports industry
- Knowledge of marketplace selling (Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce)
- Experience in managing Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Rednote)
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics.
- Basic photography or graphic design skills.
- Video shooting & editing experience
