Join our dynamic team as a E-Commerce Manager where you will take charge of the daily operations and strategic growth of our Tik Tok /Shopee/Website stores, Your role will be pivotal in driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and boosting sales across these platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, managing platform ads, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of promotional activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Responsible for the overall Tiktok/Shopee live strategy implementation and day-to-day execution of tasks including scheduling and managing TikTok/Shopee live, topic planning, audience interaction, and product setup.
- Responsible for ideation, creative strategy, brainstorming and research for TikTok/Social Media content.
- Oversee and manage live streaming sessions to ensure they run smoothly and meet quality standards.
- To familiarize the product selling points, pre-plan TikTok live script and flow to make sure the live runs smoothly.
- Monitor and track live stream performance through insights and analytics, including provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create Ads for Livestream, Contents & Products (LSA, VSA, PSA)
- Collaborate with internal departments to strategize, plan, create content and promotions, identify and solve problem for live stream.
- Lead team to achieve monthly targets & KPIs
Job Requirements:
- 2 year experience in related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Solid knowledge of TikTok/Shopee advertising tools and features.
