Job Description:
- To drive Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer safetly and timely.
- To wash the cars and maintain cleanliness of the cars at all times.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced to avoid breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and reimbursement purposes.
- Any other duties and any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company from time to time
- Possess own motorbike for company despatch work
- Safely transport staff, documents, and goods to designated locations as scheduled.
- Collect and deliver mail, parcels, and official documents between offices, clients, and external parties.
- Assist with general office errands and logistical support, including purchases, banking, and bill payments.
- Handle confidential documents and materials with discretion and ensure timely delivery.
- Possess a valid driving license and clean working track record.
- Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays (when necessary)
- Familiar with roads and directions, and application such as Waze & Google Map.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure professional conduct at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
