Job Scope:
- Manage and maintain company documents (digital and physical) with proper version control and secure storage.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support site-level certification activities.
- Maintain and update product certification records.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Implement and improve document control procedures and systems.
- Use documents management tool and software (SharePoint, SAP)
- Prepare reports and presentation using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Liase with internal departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in document control or compliance roles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other certification standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
