Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist (Laboratory Division)Key Purpose of the Role
- Grow customer base in targeted market segments.
- Follow up on sales leads and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Provide consultation on product solutions and applications.
- Secure new customers across private and government sectors.
- Expand market awareness and strengthen customer relationships.
- Learn product applications, segment knowledge, and regulatory standards.
- Meet sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Build and manage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
- Qualify prospects and update CRM system.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Track competitor activity and use insights to strengthen market presence.
Technical Advisory & Solution Advocate
- Act as a technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process.
- Communicate regulatory and application requirements effectively.
- Conduct negotiations to secure win-win agreements.
- Prepare cost estimations and customer proposals.
- Demonstrate solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and sales activities in CRM.
- Build long-term customer relationships through high-quality service and support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field).
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in laboratory, instrumentation, or technical sales.
- Strong networking ability across all levels.
- Independent, self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to identify customer needs and design effective solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
