The Business Development team will be crucial in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions that meet client needs. It includes project summaries, sales material, and client engagement deliverables.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities, i.e. conducting market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, including effective sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- At least diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prefer to have minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Digital Marketing, ideally in digital marketing/software industry
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong project management and client relationship management skills
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
- Self-initiative and able to work independently
- Must possess their own transport
