Job description
The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigned social media channels performance (including but not limited to growth of followers, engagement)
- Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers
- Create and manage all published content (images, video and written)
- Plan, design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
- Compile report for management showing results on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis
- Liaise with the creative team to ensure all Marketing Communications in both print and digital form is in line with company's guidelines and strategy
- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Provide support to organization initiatives such as product launches, offline event and partnership. Oversee or handle special projects as assigned
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and Social Media team lead to design, adapt and implement the social media calendar.

Qualifications
- Candidate must at least possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 year digital marketing experience in social media
- Proficient in both English & Malay copywriting, Chinese copywriting skill is a plus
- Good knowledge in photography & videography and editing skills is a plus
- Creative, innovative, multitasking & good attention/sensitive to market trend
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Goodtime management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
