Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good experience on Meta/Instagram's back-end Ads Manager and have previous experience in handling client communications. While industry-specific experience in education, real estate, and finance is not required, it will be considered a bonus.
We are welcoming both experienced and non-experienced candidates for Junior and Senior roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client servicing: Answer and reply to client’s questions and request
- Manage digital marketing accounts and to ensure SOPs are met
- Develop ad campaigns to create and maintain high levels of client interaction
- Oversee assigned accounts accounts
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
- Support departments in their marketing efforts
- Evolve market research and segmentation strategy and develop new content
- Oversee and manage lead generation content/strategies for clients
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in leading the Digital Marketing Channel
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
