We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team!
Here are the responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and sending out email campaigns.
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand identity and business goals.
- Manage and update company’s Telegram channel with engaging content.
- Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies.
- Create a persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials.
- Work with the team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.).
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.
Desired skills & requirements:
- Candidate must possess at leasts a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms).
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
