Dental Nurse Responsibilities:
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Provide a calm and caring experience for patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records and assist with inventory
- Ensure high standards of cross-infection control
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Handle appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries
- Manage billing, payments, and patient records
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly in Malay and English. Mandarin is an advantage/preferred
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Mandarin-speaking is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- [Optional: Previous dental or medical experience is a plus]
