-Work closely with Sales team to compile forecast, review the accuracy of Customer Order Data and to ensure the accuracy of the latest data in the M3 system.
-Handle OEMs and Local demand-related enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
-Prepare and submit weekly OEM demand requests.
-Follow up daily and update production status from the OEMs and local suppliers.
-Coordinate with OEMs and local suppliers to ensure smooth and cost-effcetive shipment arrangements including sample coordination when required.
-Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with company procurement procedures.
-Coordinate with QC team to arrange product inspection, ensuring timely inspection and compliance with quality standards.
-Ensuring incoming OEM products and carton boxes comply with Malaysia SIRIM MS ISO 13006:2020 rules and regulations.
-Provide related documents to the Finance department to ensure that the accounts payale was paid to the vendor as scheduled.
-Monitor SIRIM certification and CIDB PPS annually for China suppliers or new applications.
-Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
