Job Title: Data & Procurement Admin (Immediate Hiring)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Procurement Admin to manage and structure our procurement and product listings database. The role requires strong Excel and data entry skills, with the ability to identify and correct inaccuracies, maintain consistency, and ensure accurate product information. You will also gain exposure to Shopify, supporting data migration and ensuring a smooth process in managing product data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry, cleaning, and organization of procurement and product listings.
- Structure and maintain product databases, ensuring information is correct, consistent, and up to date.
- Identify, review, and correct incomplete or incorrect product information.
- Support data migration into Shopify, ensuring seamless and accurate transfer of product details.
- Generate and manage Excel reports, product sheets, and procurement records.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to align data with operational needs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large volumes of data.
- Procurement knowledge or background is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Able to work on-site in Bangsar.
